This realtor represented the builder that scammed me. I won my case against him, which can be found by searching my name on the Chesterfield County Circuit Court website. He was found guilty of fraud which the Yeatman Group helped him commit. And rather than distance themselves from this scammer, they doubled down and wrote him a positive review to offset what will be coming from me. It's an absolute disgrace. Amy Pryor from The Yeatman Group lied repeatedly and she and Ami Williams bullied me. I don't care what awards this group wins, my experience has been horrible. They cost me my dream home and tens of thousands of dollars (despite winning my lawsuit) while also impacting my health both physically and mentally. They cannot be trusted.

We were originally in contact with Nikki and we asked to see multiple houses. She was great at first, she took down all of our information, and acted like she was really there to help us. She didn’t show us a single house that we asked her too. Instead I would receive a text about a week later saying it was already off the market. Then she would tell us she was setting us up to see another house and then ghost us for another week. This was probably the worst customer services I have ever dealt with. If your too busy to help us just say so, instead of stringing us along for several weeks.
