We have used Brent for buying (twice) and selling (once). He is the pro agent that you want in your corner. He was able to get top dollar for our house that we were selling, get us into a new house in an insane market, and negotiated for both buying and selling to get extra money in our pocket (without us even asking). We will not hesitate to use him in the future if we ever need to buy and sell again. He is such a blessing!

Brent Rice has been our agent for years and has always provided the best service. At times though we make regretful decisions as we did and went to another agent for our most recent house purchase. He was definitely very patient with me. I was a picky and nervous client, and also a skeptical client. It took me a while to understand the market trends and accept the market trends, but he was very patient through it all. I searched for months and asked several questions along the way. He was available via text or phone call at all hours and was willing to show me house after house. He was right on target with what it would take to win my house, and did a great job setting up a robust offer and negotiating on my behalf. Now, I’m happily settled into my new home!

This is our second time buying a house with them, first time selling and we are SO thankful to have them by our side throughout the whole process. Working with Brent was wonderful!! When I called, he always tried to set up a showing as soon as possible. When we walked into houses, he immediately started pointing out cracks and other items that we needed to take into account. When we put in contracts on several different houses, he was helpful and wise. When we got in a bidding war, he held our hand and advised us. (We got the house!) He set us up with an inspector and helped us ask for money to fix certain items. From day one, his service was outstanding!
