Ray Alick1I didn't know my company was going to start laying off during winter so didn't know I need to sign the layoff papers they have so that u get a lower payment the months u are laid-off after making all payments on time I let them know that I was laid off instead of saying u are in good standing with us we will allow us to do the layoff program they just said we can't help u cause u didn't sign the papers because of that I will be letting everyone I know an work with just what kind of loyalty they have to there costumers good thing I work for a company that is world wide maybe I can save some ppl from making same mistake I made by getting auto loan through them thanks 4 taking time to read this an hope it saves u I will be contacting the bbb to see if they will look into this an why so many ppl are being treated wrongly I will be contacting ppl who wrote reviews and ppl they know to band together
