I will definitely recommend The Americas Title to anyone who is buying or selling a house they help me with all the process I was a first time buyer, the processor that was helping with my process was really helpful, thank you for everything and i would definitely used this Title Company Again thank you for your services.

Four months since closing and this title company still hasn't processed the paperwork to switch the water bill out of the sellers name. The customer service is horrendous and every time I call to try to get this resolved they put me on hold and never pick back up. They also don't respond to emails. Since the closing happened months ago and they got their money they don't think it's necessary to finish the job! I highly recommend you steer clear of this company. I see the response and there lies the problem. My client is the seller and is still receiving the water bill for a house she sold 4 months ago. Why has every other title company I have worked with had no issues getting the sellers name off of the water bill same day as closing? I spoke to the water company and they said, have the title company call and they will change the name on the bill. No excuses for not doing your job. Similar to when I had to call the county to clarify a lien for you. County told me they weren't closed and you guys were just being lazy and not doing your job but if you called them (and I supplied the number for you to call) they will verify there is no lien on the property. At this point your company has a track record of not finishing the job.

I have recently done closing with this company. From Reading Few of the Reviews , People Need to Understand sometimes the Bank , loan officer and etc Do not Work as fast as they should to send the paper work to this company to do closing in time. but people seem to Blame this company as much as this company is upfront about it and honest but people just dont want to understand how the process works. There for as my own experience. they been Amazing and very friendly to work with. they been working on my File Daily and always call back on how the process is going. if i have to Buy a house again i would come back to this company.

I am appalled by the service I received from this company. They quite nearly cost me the sale of my home. We had a ratified contract on March 1 and they were unable to close until May 1. We had to sign TWO extensions because they were moving so slow. I lost thousands of dollars paying a mortgage, utilities, insurance, and taxes on a house that I no longer lived in. Then, once we finally closed, they waited three more days to send the payoff in for my mortgage. When I called and asked about this, they told me that they would have to pull my file to check. So they placed me on hold for several minutes before coming back and telling me that they had wired the money the day before. I now know that this was a lie as my bank informed me of the time and date that the wire had been sent. The time matched precisely to the time that I was placed on hold. Three days after closing and they still had not sent in the payoff. How long would they have waited? This does not even begin to scratch the surface with these people. My wife and my realtor were both cussed out by different people associated with this operation. I think it goes without saying, that I do not believe you should do business with these people. But, I will take it a step further and say that if you are selling your home, and your buyer shows up with these people, back out of the deal! You would be better off waiting for another buyer then having to deal with this company. I hope this prevents someone else from having to go through what my family has been through over the last 2 months.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this title company. They worked very slow during the process and after the settlement was done, they took forever to send us our documents (I’m still waiting for them) and they haven’t started the process for the transfer of the water bill even though we closed on the house month and a half ago. Cinthia was very rude to me, she doesn’t know what she’s doing and all of her personnel is rude as well.

Horrible company- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY!!! They barely speak English, they won't return your calls, or get anything done in a timely fashion.... PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE
