If I could give 0 stars I would. Getting a release of lean on my car has been a nightmare. I live in another state now and was told there company policy is I have to go in person, 3000 miles away. They won't except any documents NONE ( because anyone could get ahold of them). REALLY??! I now have to have my attorney contact them. Law trumps company policy. They have NO legal grounds to refuse to send a release to my car. Personally I think they are a rip off. I strongly recommend finding someplace. CROOKS....
