The lady working that day was so incredibly awesome; she was professional, very knowledgeable, meticulous, understanding, empathetic to my needs, prompt, thoroughly answered all of my many, many questions, elaborating in detail where I fully understood everything & reassuring me that my information & funds would be kept confidential & that there were no hidden fees, etc. Her name is Connie, and I wish there were more businesses that offer such skilled customer service personnel. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that she was also super sweet; the entire experience was the highlight of my week all due to one person with such amazing work ethic.
