Sarah Dabbs1These people do not care about you. Take your business elewhere if possible. To clarify they have my first paycheck of the month tied up for days due to a technicality they created. They then compounded that by shifting blame onto their new hires. Also, they stop answering their phones before they close.

Kristy Taylor5I recently sold my Jeep and bought a new-to-me used car and both loans were handled by TelComm. Tara New was very helpful and made the selling process very easy as well as the new loan process seamless. She helped me and the buyers/sellers with all of the title work and bill of sale paperwork which was handy when I went to title the new car. The whole process of selling one car and buying a new-to-me car took less than 45 minutes and I got a great rate on my used car loan. I would highly recommend using TelComm Credit Union. They feel like neighbors and friends.

ye li1run from this bank runn as fast as you can if they run your card twice for a car payment they wont admit to it or fix it leaving you unable to pay bills and the people are rude and condisending
