      Would give zero stars if possible. This banks credit card department is a joke. I don't even know how it stays operational with the level of stupidity demonstrated each and every time I call, which is a lot considering they can't even handle simple tasks. I have been involved in the same dispute case for over 3 months with no resolution because they don't know what they are doing. It is mind-blowing how inept Cardholder Services really is! Never get a credit card through them!!!

      This is the worst possible banking institution in several ways, take your hard earned money elsewhere because it isn't safe there. They do not value their customers and you can forget having any sort of baking relationship with them, you are just a devalued number and the employees are rude and ignorant.

      Absolute trash. Their customer service never knows what they are doing, their online banking never matches their paper statements. I had a mortgage ill be switching to another company because they keep telling me i owe different amounts on a fixed loan and no one can explain why and i always pay on time. Yelp has 65 reviews and almost everyone is 1 star and says would give 0 if possible had i known i never would have used them. STAY AWAY!

      I'm standing in line right now, it's 2PM on a Thursday and the line is to the door. There are NINE empty teller spots!! This line is barely moving, for a Thursday where the traffic is heavy, you would think more people should be here. Maybe hire more people?? Since standing here there has also been 2 people just walk pass the line and walk right in the double doors, they stand behind whoever is in there, and get to be seen right away. The lady in there does not tell them to go to the back of the line, either way this is ridiculous, I hope to make a better review next time I have to come in here.

      Under staffed for Such a large institution have to wait in lobby but no one to wait on you!! Definitely going to move to another bank!!

      The worst service. If you work a 9am to 6pm job your out of luck. They promptly lock the lobby at 5:00pm. Hours of operation or inconsistent with the drive Thru. So ,my last hope to do a simple cash deposit was the atm, but of course the atm was out of service.

      Edit: I am changing my 1star to a 5 star because after posting my negative review the bank reached out to make my experience right. They did. I would recommend them. If I wanted the hassle of moving banks then I would ditch this bank. We use to actually receive a decent dividend but now it is literal pennies. Guess I'm not wealthy enough for them to care. And don't bother asking for any type of loan because they probably won't help us out. I have been banking here for over 20 years and their terms for a loan just to purchase land or a vehicle is outrageous. They need to go back to what they were before they allowed just anyone to bank in their CU.

      I understand the lobby hours starting at 8:30am but the drive thru hours should begin at 7:30am for those who need to be at work by 8am. Not very considerate of your customer. Please reconsider your hours soon. Some of your loyal customers may need to change to a bank with better hours.

On Thursday and Friday the drive-thrus are open until 6pm to allow those Members that need extra time to visit the Member Centers.       I have a auto loan I attempted to make principal payments was told by the bank manager last year 2019 in order for them to accept PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS I can't send checks from my banking institute to them I need to mail in a personal check or have a savings with them and post it that way. I started sending personal check along with my coupon stating PRINCIPAL ONLY well I happened to notice one in April was not posted correctly wish I had caught it earlier because now they say it's to late to correct it. This is the worst loan experience I've ever had I don't just have money to waste on your 6% interest rate wish I had not got into this auto loan be careful folks.

      TDECU has terrible service. The workers are unhelpful and the supervisors are rude. If you are having problems with this place, the best thing to do is end all business and go elsewhere. It does no good to file a complaint because they will act as if you did wrong. I applied and got a pre approval for an auto loan. But when I turned in a vehicle for processing it took them so long I kept losing out on the vehicle because they sold it. The loan officers are very bad about returning phone calls or answering the phone. Everytime I had to complain to whoever answered the phone, they would sent a message to them that I was complaining, then they would call like they are so busy. Thought asking for supervision would get me somewhere, boy was I wrong. Her tone of voice was like she was about to tear me to pieces for complaining. She told she would have it done by closing or in the morning. Two days later still haven't heard from her. Sent an email to the address they post on their generic response to complaints on this post and that did not get any results either. Nobody knows who is in charge overall supposedly to file a complaint with. This place sucks, cut all busy with these people before its too late. To TDECU... don't send me that generic response. You have all my info if it really matters. Update 12/22/20..Don't try and make it look like Im upset over not getting a higher amount. I had to track down a manager, spent several days trying and thanks to one person I had excellent dealings with before. The review was posted well before I talked to anyone. Your service sucks so deal improve it. And what you posted here as a result just shows how unprofessional you guys are. I just finally talked to the manger I tracked down on 12/17/20 which is when you denied my increase. Just own up to you guys short comes. That's the problem, instead of fixing them your making excuses and condoning in the poor customer service. If you go after the problem like you tried coming for me then TDECU could be a better place. But obviously the problem starts at the bottom and goes all the way to the top, as per the "Owners response". UNPROFESSIONAL......
