Drive thru is the only option for banking during these times. Fine, I understand that, although other banks in the area are allowing appointments. Hours have not been extended. Unbelievable how someone that works a normal 8 to 5 has no options to bank with these people. When I do get to leave early, I was denied at this bank location. I pulled up to the long line in the drive thru at 4:35, plenty of time to get in and out for 2 transactions. The line inched forward until about 5:02 at which point people were flying through. I get to the teller and they refuse service. Told me off as I requested to be able to do business as I was there before they closed. Here's my question, if the lobby was open and I was there before closing, would they really just tell me to get lost? Hard to believe. I am and have been incredibly disappointed in the customer service at this branch. I certainly hope they can turn things around as a few other TD Banks in the area have closed and force here and seabrook to be my only reasonable options for banking. So much for "The best service in banking"!

I know these are troubled times resulting in bank lobby closed; all business being done via drive thru. January 12, 2021 - 1pm: line was long with eleven cars in front of me but, I figured the line will move along. Banks always place established tellers at drive thru (I once worked @ a bank) so I figured que will proceed along .....WRONG!!!!....so WRONG!!! Line was barely moving. I sumized teller had some complicated transactions but in time things would improve...... WRONG!!!....so WRONG!!! As cars slowly progressed towards drive thru window I was trapped with no option of escape. I had to hope things would improve. They didn't. Seemed all transactions took an ordinate time to process. When i finally arrived @ window I had "THE TELLER FROM HELL"......(management are you listening?) Seems like every transaction was complicated for this teller. I had one simple deposit transaction which took forever for this teller to process. I could forgive the incompetency, but this chick had bad customer service with a large helping of ATTITUDE!...(management are you listening?) Finally, almost one hour later I was able to escape this hellish situation vowing no return until life gets back to normal & I can enter lobby and close account. On this day TDBank Stratham...customer service equates to customer dis-service ....(management are you listening?) ....(management do you care?) ....(management you even there?)

TD Bank charges $8 to cash there own checks, Banks used to cash checks for free now they want to charge you to cash their own checks!! Then they hound the $hit out of you while their cashing the check to open an account in there bank so they won’t have to charge you!! What a miserable excuse for a bank👎

I was highly unsatisifed. I tried cashing a check with them, the day being already stressful as it is with my boyfriends birthday and on top of that when I went to this bank they did not let me cash my check the money I needed for today. I drove back home first time hearing about their two types of ID. Came back to the bank with my social security and low and behold I couldn’t cash my check again because my social security could not be signed in front of the woman. Her exact words were ‘I can not see you sign your social sercuirty.’ So we left and signed it elsewhere and came back and she wouldn’t let me sign it because this time she ‘knew I didn’t have it signed.’ I had my other ID with my picture and my name from my school but she said it was invalid. What? To say the least this was EXTREMELY dissapointing and I will never go to that bank again.

Just went and the lady at the window was very rude and totally unhelpful. I will not be going there again.

Always pleasant and friendly, I enjoy banking there. However, I don't understand why they have to charge my employees $7.00 to cash their paychecks when the account they are drawn from is a TD account.

Friendly staff but horrible service overall. Their deceptive practice of trying to maximizing on overdraft continues to plague consumers with their high fees. Limited products and rates that are far from attractive. International wire transfer is a complete joke with their rates + fees are absolutely horrible.

The Stratham branch refuses to cash my parole checks even though I have an account with them. No other branch has been this belligerently rude or ignorant!
