Have you EVER been to a bank that 'runs out' of $100 bills? Well, I sure have. THIS BANK BRANCH -- REPEATEDLY. I have tried to get $2000 or $3000 in $100 biils numerous times. Chances are about 50/50 they have them. QUESTION .... what POS bank has no cash? THIS ONE! Absolutely ridiculous and unexcusable

I have been to this bank 3 times in the past week trying to open a business account and deposit checks. Every check was put on a hold and no one in the bank could tell be why. They were clueless about who could make funds available. Finally, the manager showed up (20 min late and also confused). I asked her to cancel 1 of the checks and deposit another. After 10min of typing, she finally made the funds available but was so confused with what documentation I needed to open up my new account that I just gave up on that. Later that day, I check my account and she HAD NOT cancelled the 2500$ check from my customer like I had asked. Worst banking experience ever. My customers trust me with their money and I can absolutely not have these kinds of errors. I went straight to WSFS, opened the business account and had all of my funds accurate within 45min. Never doing business with TD again!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Kelly is so helpful and professional that I’d like to post a five star! I went to open a bank account, she walked me through every detail of mobile banking, and wrote me two $0.01 checks to show me how to cash checks on the app and ATM, it’s really a pleasant visit!

I came to activate my bank card in my phone as a apple pay. First of all they should’ve been activated my card through the phone when i called them but cuz of some problem they were having with my account which they didn’t know what was it so i had to come in person. After i waited for 40 mins outside the bank i decided to take my card and ID back. There were people waiting outside for more than an hour and they even had an appointment. Waited for 40 mins and they still didn’t do nothing. And above all when i wanted to deposit money the ATM machine wasn’t working either and they said i have to go drive through to wait another 20 mins. If they don’t have enough staff they should close the bank. I was wondering if it was a bank or a grocery store. That’s ridiculous and so unprofessional!!!!

Perfect place to get your money stolen when I went a little bit under they charged me 35 dollars which isn't that big a deal but than they charged me 170 dollars and than 105 dollars and than an additional 35 dollars all at the same span of like 3 days which is basically stealing so I'm never doing business with them again because I need a bank that doesn't steal from me like TD bank does and by the way their mobile app is always messed up never know when you can open up the app because it'll probably tell you to try again later. Nothing against any of the employees though just the bank as a whole.

I’m hoping someone from TD Bank read this review. I moved here to Delaware from New Jersey last July. And the handful of times that I’ve been here the associates seemed confused and willing to help and really just disarrayed. They are very nice people but there seems to be a lack of direction. One example I pulled up to the drive-through there was a woman sitting there that did not acknowledge me for at least five minutes I finally pressed the call button and someone from outside of the driver area came to help me. Last night I went there to the drive-through to get money out of the bank it was 15 minutes before closing I checked my Watch, and she told me she couldn’t cash the check she didn’t have enough money. Why is the bank open then? You are a bank correct? Totally need to get someOne in there to audit the bank

Here to make a simple deposit for someone. Have to provide a phone number to receive help and wait in a virtual queue like I’m at six flags. Wouldn’t even give me a deposit slip so I could go through the drive through. So glad I don’t bank here

The problem I am repeatedly experiencing with the branches of this bank (Hygeia and Delaware Ave locations) is they are understaffed on tellers. Being open 7 days a week but not being staffed sufficiently leads to long waits for transactions. Today (Sunday) I stood 23 minutes for a 2 minute transaction at Hygeia - I was third in line. Earlier in the week (Thursday) I stood for 12 minutes at the Delaware Ave branch. 8 out of my last 10 times the waits were 10 minutes or more. This really is not acceptable and not consistent with TD bank branding themselves as 'most convenient'. And, what's up with tellers having to leave the front counter and complete the transactions in the back. This is not efficient and contributes to delays. The tellers seem to be aware of the frustration that the waiting customers have, but rather than acknowledge how patient we been waiting in line, they still make these scripted greetings like "Hi, how are you doing today?" and after the transaction is completed I don't get a "thank you" but rather they come out of the back, hand me a receipt, and say 'here you go'. Here's my suggestion: branch managers should review their security footage to better understand the scope of this problem, measure customer service throughput, identify patterns and make staffing adjustments to ensure a quicker and more pleasant experience. Have a close look at the expressions on the faces of your customers that are waiting in line - I expect it will be quite revealing of their level of satisfaction..

Worst experience I have ever had. Guy was not professional at all. I am disgusted at his work. Went in to add 3 names to an already existing account. He did NOTHING. Took our information and never added our names to the existing account. I'm appalled that he still works there. Does not know what he is doing at all. Claims he fixed the problem, but the problem is still there. Also claims he never made the accounts because he did not have my home address, even though he literally took my driver's license for my address and had to ship the checkbooks to my home, as well. Absolutely stupid workers who do not care about customers. Did not realize he did anything wrong until other TD banks on Long Island were informed of this problem. Never open an account with this TD bank.
