On Friday, February 4, 2022 my wife and I went to the TD Bank location on Fresh River Road Epping, NH. The projected weather forecast for the day was bad. Several schools had cancelled the night before because the weather was SUPPOSED to be bad; snow, sleet, ice etc. However, the weather was not horrific by New England standards. 99% of businesses and some schools were open. It was business as usual. It appeared that the meteorologist incorrectly predicted the weather. My wife and I went to that TD Bank location to cash her payroll check and found that the entire business was closed. It was Friday! One of the busiest banking days of the week and TD Bank decided to close due to a weather forecast. UNBELIEVABLE! My family didn't rely on that money to live for the week but I can only wonder how many people who live paycheck to paycheck, whom do not bank with TD Bank, and do not get direct deposit. I wonder how many were adversely affected by the poor decision to close the business for the day based upon a weather forecast and not simply looking outside their kitchen window. This incident and the fact that the bank charges you over $7 to cash a payroll check drawn on their bank is why I will never own a bank account with this financial institution. Mind blown!

This time was horrible. There were at least 15-20 customers and only 1 single teller. The manager didn't even help out! Pandemic or not, have the staff to accommodate customers. Having one person as a teller inside is absolutely unacceptable. I had to wait at least 30 minutes to be helped, and I was third in line. Oh, and they even opened late! Very disappointing. TBPH, Places and people can only use the pandemic excuse for so long. Maybe 6 months max for excuses on that front. More than 2 years into it things such as business practices and customer service should be so much better. Everyone waiting in line complained that day, and this has happened a-lot in the last couple of years.

I run a barbershop which requires a lot of laundry to be done. I needed to get quarters because the laundry mat tends to run out when I need them. I stopped at Citizens bank in Raymond because its on the way and they told me I needed an account….????? Really? So I went to TD in Epping and they were more than happy to help even though I don't have an account. Thank you TD!!

Horrible people to refuse help to a 80 year handicap woman and her disabled daughter! declaring appointment only appointment only through the entire empty bank. Nobody said that to her when she called. She was told she had to come down in person. As I told them yesterday they are horrible people and should be ashamed of themselves to treat elderly and disabled people like that. There should be a law against that. Oh wait there is. Hmmm

TD bank needs to install up to date atms!!!! Card wasn’t accepted then I go to a gas station and have to pay $3 for their fee and another $3 THAT TD CHARGES!!! I shouldn’t have to pay $6 in fees because a trillion dollar bank can’t update their equipment. Disgusting.

Worse experience with a bank I have ever had. They love to move transactions around to get as many fees as possible from you, and will push some deposits (other family that did atm CASH deposit same time as me same branch) through at a different time than other peoples to allow for them to overdraft you when you should never have over drafted. My family members deposit cleared at 6am the next morning before any transactions completed the day before but my account was the opposite because they could make a couple extra charges from me. This is just the start. I was going in there after a recent fraudulent charge on my debit card that they told me was under dispute one day but when calling back later it wasn’t. This fraud charge caused over $200 in overdraft fees to start due to them moving transactions around to place purchases made in good standing before the hack happened to after the hack happened because this allowed them yet again another couple overdraft fees. This isn’t the fist time they have decided to reorder purchases to gain more fees from me even when opted out of overdraft protection programs, not that this matters because TD BANK JUST opts you in and out when they benefit from it.They don’t have arbitration clause but there checking account terms are worse than arbitration make sure you read them all the way through, they only allow you to recoup funds for fraud that where directed taken and can take up to 14 days, this can and did cause many issues with critical bills and running my business due to not being able to access funds that should have been available and returning payment on things to also allow for more fees to be incurred. This is TD BANKS predatory practice. Now for this location specifically. I have never once been treated the way I was by a supervisor in this Epping Branch before. I was audio and video recording for my security and my tellers since I am in fact leaving this bank and didn’t want them to pull anything sketchy or claim I pulled anything sketchy. After informing the teller it was just for her and my security she seems alright with it and continued my transaction. Now a supervisor who I will leave unnamed here since a formal complaint has been filed. This supervisor decided to come within 6 inches of me and demand I turn the camera off, not nicely either with extreme attitude and rudeness. I asked her if she was serious because I was totally taken a back by a bank not wanting someone recording his own transaction especially when we are not on the best of terms. As is my right I continued to record and asserted that you have no expectation of privacy in a public lobby, and I have a constitutionally protected right to record. I wasn’t combative or rude like this supervisor was. This was when she threatened to call the police on me so I complied and turned the camera off but didn’t shut the view finer right away. She stood less than 3 inches from me reached over and touched my view finder and said “shut that now” this was by far one of the most uncalled for and rude interactions I have ever had with any customer service agent. I went back to the teller to explain that all someone had to do was ask me nicely and I’m a nice guy and would have stopped recording and took pictures for my documents instead. I explained that this specific teller was being very nice but her boss was not and was infringing on peoples rights so I requested her bosses name which this teller gave me. We continued small talk I explained I wasn’t planning on staying with them and can record in a public place when Teller #2 comes out of nowhere and rudely cuts me off to try to correct something I was saying about my rights. I found this extremely rude and explained I felt like she was being rude by cutting me off mid sentence in a conversation that did not even involve her. Teller #2 did not acknowledge or say a word to me before the camera was on but decided to be extremely rude to me once the camera was turned off.

Worthless bank. I opened my account in NH... I was trying to get a check made or even a whole book for that matter and I was told by the incompetent teller that my routing number is a MA number so I can't? I had to pay $8 to get a cashier check instead and can't get checks from this location apparently. I plan to move all my money out of this bank asap.

Was in the Epping office on Friday night waiting for almost an hour already by this point for the customer rep to wait on me for a new debit card, because he was busy waiting on someone in his office, when he was interrupted by a cashier to wait on a new customer who just walked in the door, who needed her loan paperwork signed. I was told she was more important than any of us / she got service right away, We waited more. By this time, I felt her customer service was not more important / got up and left!! Was very upset / called and talked with someone who answered the phone/ was told “ this is the way of the bank” - well I don’t think it’s fair- sorry!!

They need to change their slogan because they are clearly NOT America’s most convenient bank. I’ve been a customer for over a decade because they were open 7 days a week. I work crazy hours so, this worked for me. Well not anymore! I’ll be withdrawing every dime and finding a new bank!!!
