Buyer beware! Without explanation, Bay City office cancelled our file and refused to return calls. We have no idea why and nobody will talk to us.

Prompt attention. Still adhering to protocols to prevent Covid infections. The staff and Amy were efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate their efforts to make the procedure painless and pleasant.

I've now waited 2 weeks for a call back because of a title there holding my escrow for. I want a phone call back and a oppointment to close this before it becomes a problem. I feel there giving me a hard time holding my money. I have the title in my hand. I've call them 5 times to set up oppointment.

Very friendly employees. It’s great that they have snacks and drinks for while you wait, especially after a long drive. The overall process was timely but none of that was their fault. It was very quick on their end! Everything is very clean and tidy and the restroom was in excellent condition!

Real busy. Didn't do a good job of social distancing. No mask either. But got the job done.
