First, if you're reading this, they're not open 24 hours. The business uses a call center 24 hours, but they're open normal business hours. I don't know how many calls the business takes after hours, but probably not nearly enough that they should list 24/7 hours on Google maps as there are people like me that will read a business is open 24/7 and head their way at 2AM with legal paperwork. That being said, they are professional and fast, and took me without an appointment, although they prefer to have one. Prices are more than reasonable.

Title company we were using couldn't get a mobile notary out for my client's closing in time. Called Sunshine Signing and they were able to find a notary to come out right away and save my clients from having their closing delayed. Notary was professional, had the documents prepared, and even scanned the docs back to the title company in time for my clients to close and collect their keys for their new home. Thank You Sunshine!

Sunshine Signing Company contacted me for a signing out in Lakewood for a Military family who was retiring. I printed the documents and delivered them only to discover the address listed on the documents had the house number and city listed incorrectly. The Military family requested a correction and new appointment. Makes sense right? Not according to Linda Raby of Sunshine Signing and Joe Bugliosi with Allied First Bank. They were absolutely horrible - unethical and unprofessional, they falsely claimed the Military family refused to sign (THEY DID NOT, THEY SIMPLY ASKED THAT ALL THE DOCUMENTS CORRECT THE BAD INFORMATION) - wouldn't you? I paid the expense out of my pocket for copies and fuel (not to mention my time). I requested to be compensated for that. My requests were ignored and hence, I have turned the account in for collection even though Joe Bugliosi of Allied First Bank promised me he would personally see to it that at best I would be compensated for the money I lost on this (a mistake that was not made by me, but by the financial institution). I would not recommend doing any business with these two entities. Horrible treatment and they do not pay.

Says open 24 hours what they mean is they schedule notary services 24 hours, they are not available to notarize 24 hours. Google listing should reflect this.
