      Terrible care!! You get to solve something, you have to wait for a long time, and they want to sit you in the center of the bank, where everyone around you listens to all your personal information! Having open offices available, they want to locate you in an open place!! Me waiting my turn, and listening to the information of each person who sat there! They talk to you as if they were doing you a favor, specifically the Latino people who work there!! I do not recommend this place at all!!

      So I've been with suncoast for years and this is the worst location. I went there to make a deposit and first off the drive up ATM was having an issue excepting cash ok this happens alot at this location then they tell me to use the other ATM so I get out of the car with my toddler which I was trying to avoid and try to make a deposit there I get half way through my deposit and then it says it exceeded it's cash limit...so then I go inside and wait in a long line to have a cashier help make the rest of my deposit when I get up to the counter I have my debit card and I know my account number the lady tells me she cannot make my deposit without my ID im so annoyed at this point bc something that should have taken me 5 mins has now lead me to being here almost 45 mins to make a cash deposit so now I have to go back to my car go around and wait AGAIN to have another person help me make the rest of my deposit. I have never NEVER had this happen at any other location and I will go out of my way to go to any other location I will not be back after this experience.

      Very long wait times. Don't provide personalized service. Cutting and not expanding services. Reviews don't indicate anything has improved in the last two years. Thinking I made a mistake opening my accounts a year ago. I get a marketing email from a Suncoast partner every day for things I don't want. Very disappointed.

      Expect to wait an hour plus if opening an account or to speak with someone about a loan or any problems. Checks take FOREVER to clear for new customers. The last check took two weeks to process. Called to get a replacement debit card for myself, canceled not only my card but also my husband’s. Thankfully he had his other cards with him when he was paying for gas. When I asked about it instead of apologizing and admitting they made a mistake explained they had to cancel both. Which doesn’t make sense, his card has different numbers on it. Applied for a personal loan and was denied even though I have zero debt and an excellent credit score. I think I need to find another bank.

      Took a seat in the waiting area, waiting to be attended nobody acknowledged me, another couple came in and sat down and they were attended, so I kept waiting patiently and nobody addressed me as if I was invisible

      Suncoast Credit Union Lehigh Acres, Florida has been Our Family Bank for nearly 15 years. That run will shortly come to a close. We are moving our Mother North to care for her. Thank you Suncoast for being there for us.

      Waited in line over 30mins In the sun just to get in and wait another 10-15 mins In line. What’s the point of the atm teller when you can only deposit, get cash or cash a check, what a waste of time. I’m considering changing my bank because this is unacceptable and only two live tellers

      Unless you have hours out of your day to waste then this isn’t the bank for you. I’ve waited almost 2 hours to see a notorie. One banker was just walking around instead of helping the long waiting line and the one other banker who was working spent hours laughing and joking with the one client. Never again!
