Tama Wilson5I joined today and Ashley went above and beyond to help me. Being older I am not the best with technology. Ashley walked me through the entire website so I would be familiar with it and answered all the questions. I can see already they have outstanding customer service From when I walked through the door I was greeted promptly and directed to the correct spot. Everyone was professional, warm and welcoming!

Katie Eaton4First let me start by saying The ladies in this branch are amazing! Stephanie, Tracy, and Eyme are always so welcoming. This location needs a new cleaning company though. Every time (daily) I go in there the bathrooms are not well maintained and the dust on computer area is visible. There are also smudges and fingerprints on everything.

Ron Zimmerman1Never heard of such stupidity!!! Bad enough your told you can't use the full ATM services because your credit score isn't good enough but then can't even deposit cash money into your own account through the ATM!! 🤔 So to deposit cash you have to be inconvenienced to either go in the place(always a line)or use the stupid ITM which is only open till 1pm on Saturday!!! Major inconvenience!! What a crock!! Will be closing account!!

Susyn Stecchi5I am a Suncoast Credit Union member and this is the first time I have stopped by this branch. It used to be located further west on 44 at the intersection of 19, but moved to this newly built building location almost a year. It's easy to get in and out here compared to it's previous location but still tricky because 44 is such a busy road and there is a very long school zone close by. This location has outdoor ATMs, both walk up and at the drive thru. Some drive thru lanes are serviced by virtual tellers (real people but all interactions are by video camera). Inside, they seem to be fully equipped. In addition to walk up tellers for existing accounts, you can open new accounts, find out about loans, discuss wealth management, and much more of their credit union products. I spoke to Christy Doherty who was so excited to tell me all about a particular set of loan services -- she is great, knows her stuff, and is very enthused about Suncoast's products. There is plenty of off street free parking for customers.

Hannah Page1They harass handicap people. I don't understand how they can be so unaccommodating. If you can't drive and can't walk in, on TOP of all that they don't have any normal window to 'verify' someone's face if theyre the passenger. The video feed also isn't strong enough to see a passenger to verify ID. They're totally fine with taking your money without verifying ID/face
