The entire process was professional along with great customer service!

This is one of the best places to ask for a loan, especially if you don't have great credit but don't want to pay an arm and leg in interest fees. I didn't even know this place existed! Such a blessing.

I was sent a pre approved letter in the mail for up to 1,394 dollars and decided to call and apply. I applied for less than the 1,394 dollars and was told I'd be given a phone call back within 45 minutes, the phone call never came, so I assumed since it was the weekend I would get a call on Monday, but I ended up calling them back on Monday only to be told I was declined due to credit history. It was my credit history that got me approved. I will never go through Sun Loan again and would not recommend them to anyone for a loan.

My visit to this establishment was amazing. The office manager, Pablo Perez, was very welcoming and made the transaction pleasant and comfortable. Thank you.

Was approved for a loan had all paperwork explained situation due to missing hours called twice before coming for me to be approved but they say I had issues when I spoke to someone who told me to come in waste of time
