Rabbit Black1I Was making payments on time of $499.90 for a Dodge Charger SE 2012 for 4 years straight. I had spinal cord surgery I was out and could not walk work or drive. They wanted that next payment. They repoed the vehicle they sold the car and gave me the bill ? N ow they are holding my credit hostage until I give them 10k. Which will pay my loan off. And I still have no car.

FairyFinds 881I have been paying on my car note ($18,600) for the past 6 yrs (7/2014). Westlake Portfolio Mgmnt took over my loan in May 2019. I am now scheduled to make my 72/72 payment and I'm told I still owe $4,655!!!! WTH??? I asked for a copy of my payment history and I see where payments were never applied. In fact, in March of 2015 my principle balance actually went up instead of down and I made 3 payments that month!!! I will see them in court. They have to prove I owe this extra debit, which I don't. My advice, buy a bicycle before you finance with Summit or Westlake Portfolio. They will try to screw you over. Completely unprofessional, thieves!! All of them!!!

Whitney Walsh1The worst company you could use to finance a car loan. I am thankful for my car but their customer service is a joke. I have NEVER made a late payment more than 2 days due to pay schedule and this is the first month I have ever had an issue being on time in the two years I have had the vehicle. They do not care about their customers, even if you do have a perfect payment history with them. Looking to get refinanced because they are a joke.

A G5I had my car since 2013. Interest rate was high as well as payments. But I had a high paying job with low credit. I got a car with a warranty that was only 2 years old..... no one else would have did that. And if so l, I needed a car and had no time to look. They have worked with me when I was late. My only issue is that they have sold my loan. I should be finish soon but was hoping to complete my loan with them. 🤗

Sheri Miles1Would give negative numbers if at all possible. I have never in my life dealt with a company whose employee's are so blatantly rude and degrading to their customers as is everyone I have every had the unfortunate experience to speak with at Summit Financial. When you have customers who are paying you an outrageous interest rate, pay on time each and every month without fail, and, call to ask just a simple question to which they are not so much as greeted in a friendly manner, but, with an attitude of, "why are you bothering me, you lower class citizen?", then why in the world would anyone want to deal with this company? If you can at all possible, DO NOT go with this loan company. I never knew people in customer service could be this rude on a repeated basis for no reason whatsoever!

Yolanda Lorenzo1There is a lady name Tiffany who is the worst possible employee I have ever spoken to my whole life. She is very disrespectful and rude. She evens hangs up on you. I told her my Husband is a professional driver I just want her to call me, she said she didn't care she will continue to call him. I have always paid my car on time never late. They know I traded my car but still continue to harass. Which to an extent I understand but doesn't make it right for her to say she don't care about someone's else life being in jeopardy by her calling a driver that transports more then 15 passengers. On top of that this company works with another dealer ship in Florida who rip people off and they allow it. They are suppose to ask you your car features to make sure the dealer ship is being honest and the price is acceptable. Which they didn't do. I paid for a car with special features which it didn't have I have more then $9,000 in negative equity. I've paid this company over $4,700 and all I paid towards my car is like $1,000. smh I paid this car for 10 months at 471 a month they take mostly all the money for interest. Do not allow any car dealer ship to give you this company. You will regret it. Lesson learned!!!!

Mercedes Ponce1I should Have done my research. Nasty unprofessional disgusting people. When you ask for a supervisor they ask you , “what do you want to speak with them about?” And basically tell you no! When you finally get a supervisor , they’re sarcastic and unapologetic. When I asked the supervisor for the name of the person who handles my file, she gave me a totally different name. Run! Do not get a loan from this place. Someone said “make your payments in time” this has nothing to do with making payments on time. I’ve made them on time The customer service just sucks no matter what you’re calling for! But since one of the reviews did mention this, what happens if one can’t make a payment on time?? Doesn’t give anyone a reason to be nasty! Again, not my case. I called to change the date when my payments are due. What do I get some rude person on the line. I’ve come to the conclusion that they hire uneducated people from the hood honestly. Good Luck!

Baer Schiffer1Most God awful establishment to do business with I have ever encountered. If a zero rating was available I'd do that. They use high pressure tactics and are extremely rude. They do not report your monthly payments and therefore keep your score from changing even if you pay on time. If you are a day late on payment be prepared for countless phone calls and if you don't answer those they'll use their computer to change the number to your area code to trick you. (Even if you are at work and can't answer their calls) If you finally get sick of the harassment and answer and ask to speak to their supervisor they'll just hang up on you. I'd use public transportation or a horse before financing anything through them.

Anthony Scorza1Worst financial company around. My car was flooded in hurricane Michael so my insurance and gap insurance paid off the loan but summit said I owed 300 more for admin fees and I refused to pay so after 90 days they have ballooned the amount to over 4k. They wont make a deal and continue to ruin my credit for no reason other than they can. Awful and rude employees and they just suck!

JIll Raffiani1Let me start this by saying I do make my payments on time. This month due to the holidays I had to be a few days late. Kathryn emails me the nastiest message and basically tells me I better call them before 8pm. I do get some nice helpful reps, but honestly Kathrines disrespectful attitude is what pushed me to the edge. Horrible company.
