Tosha Dixon5I've been with the Credit Union for years!! They've always came through for my family and myself when we've needed them most!! I would have liked to receive checks earlier but they were always on time. When I was at another bank colors of black, I had to wait until after ten to get my money to pay my bills and it still wasn't a for sure to get it then and my checks were direct deposit. A bank with colors of red and blue stole my money and I couldn't pay any bills. I wrote that to write this, I trust and thank the Union!! Every place will have some problems but at least give them an opportunity to try to fix them before you write them off. Thank you for all you do, to the consumers and staff

Hazel brown eyes11Each time I go to gas station use my card it say decline . I called credit union tell them the problem. They alway say your card look good on this end . I tried 5 different gas station. And got the same thing DECLINED. So when I used my other card from different bank (1st National bank ) it work . What’s going on with it ?

Bianca Cummings1The worst bank in the NEA area. Never deposits money on time, people argue with us on the phone about everything, and everywhere we go online it says we have a different amount of money than we actually do. I don’t know what the problem is the people or the system, but it isn’t working. Will be moving banks soon.

bjørn slåder2Used to be good when I first got started, but now it seems like anytime I have bills to pay something is wrong. The systems are down, or my card has been declined due to it being frozen, blah blah blah. It's a shame honestly. Considering looking somewhere else.

Kenya Holbrook1Thieves! They let transactions pend for weeks and the amount it says you have online isn’t correct because once those long pending transactions go through, you don’t have enough and they charge you a $10 fee to move money from your savings to pay things you think you’ve already paid.
