As a realtor, having simultaneous closings in one day can be a nightmare. If everything does not fall into place just right, it can all fall apart like a domino effect. Our first closing of the day was with the sale of my client's home. Kimmie at Star Title was completely prepared, made sure she had wiring instructions for the next title company, explained every document to my sellers, and even let their two anxious dogs come in to the room while they signed. It was a breath of fresh air. The second closing for the house they were buying was at a different title company. Let's just say there was a world of difference.....

From start to finish, I had the best experience with Star Title. They kept me informed every step of the way and were extremely responsive to all emails and phone calls. They really went out of their way to make this an amazingly smooth transaction.

Star Title Partners has been a nightmare. They said they were ready for closing in July. When we came to closing in September, they didn't have the Condo board approval, was unaware one of the homeowners was deceased, and unaware there was a land lease on the property. These issues all were raised and need to be ironed out after I wired my payment. After closing we needed to have more papers notarized which we did. Two weeks after closing, I emailed an inquiry to them asking if the closing was official. Five days later, I have no response. I emailed the Homeowners Association to get payment info for my HOA fees. They do not have us listed as owners. We closed19 days ago. Star title said they were prepared for closing. That statement stands up there with the check is in the mail and I'll love you in the morning.

Beth Radford Was amazing, I have been to my fair of closing and its never as exciting as some would make it out to be unless of course its your first!!! I refinanced my home with my son and to set a time that works for three people who all work is a challenge in itself. Beth at Star Tile Partners of Tampa, made it work and stayed late to accommodate us, with a personnel and professional twist it was a closing experience I will never forget. Beth made sure she explained everything we sign before, during, and after we were signing the documents. We both walked out of there not feeling exhausted but feeling exhilarated that we did the right thing with the right Company and got some Great Professional advice paying down our loan. I have known Beth Redford for over 10 years and she does about 3-5 closing for me every year.
