St. Mary's Bank Nashua St, Milford

I was a Bank of America client for years for both business and personal use. They are terrible! Endless fees. What a breath of fresh air St. Marys Bank is! I love these people! Simple services with no hidden fees, and employees who are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. This is without doubt the best bank I have ever used in my entire life!

Went to go change in $300 in 20s for three $100 bills because I was not a member they said they cannot complete my transaction. Thanks for being a bank

11 yrs ago I left one of those big banks (The Most Convenient one) which was killing me with fees and very impersonal services. I was getting charged fees BECAUSE of fees. I switched to St. Mary's and have been happy with them ever since. Very fair, reasonable and personal. Always had a positive experiences with the people at this location.

Twice I have gone into this branch for usual bank dealings. Twice I was told I would be given a call back AND NEVER HEARD from them.. A loan I was approved for at this branch I was told I was not and only found out 2 months later through the branch manager. Poor communication and no interest in helping the customer past a face to face visit.. No follow up help. Very unsatisfied with this branch and bank in general.

I had 2 passport savings for my kids with about $90 each. They closed them and took the $ claiming abandoned property. The manager never even had the courtesy to return my call. Never again.

No need to wait for member services for over an hour on the phone for their incompetent new technology! Can't even imagine!

I went here today and they were very helpful and polite. Thank you
