Not a positive experience! Organization of the closer was lacking. Was indirectly notified three weeks after closing that she forgot documents and needed signatures to meet “their” compliance. Also did not communicate with realtor well. Caused unnecessary concerns related to closing dates. Would NOT recommend if you want compliant, complete, and expedited closing!
