We make every attempt to reach out to our clients through phone calls, text messages and emails. Yet when we have no communication back we do have to take steps to recover the funds lent out. We are always willing to work through challenging times with our clients. While it is impossible for us to know your situation due to your choice to not use your real name, please know we are willing to work with those clients who choose to communicate with us, make arrangements and then follow through with their agreements. The wheels of the legal process turn very slowly and the time from a summons for a case to garnishment is several months. The doors to communicate during that time, avoid judgement and garnishment, by both making and keeping payment arrangements, are always open. We are sorry that your situation did not go this way as it is definitely not our preferred method of recovering unpaid monies either.

There are several factors considered during an application and unfortunately we were not able to get your application approved. While we cannot speak directly to the details of your application some of the different factors included in the decision process can and may include not just income, but also your debts to income ratio, any recent garnishment or eviction activity as evidenced by public records (see http://justicecourts.maricopa.gov/FindACase/casehistory.aspx to lookup open and closed cases here Maricopa County) as well as a many other factors. While some loan places will lend with different criteria this is just a small portion of our business practice and is part of what sets us apart. There is nothing hidden, no credit checks, no prepayment penalties and we tell you all about the loan before you sign a contract! We even let you know what to do to help you pay LESS in interest, not more! Our loans are always amortized (never interest only) which saves you money with no balloon payment at the end of your contract! It always a pleasure doing business with clients who appreciate why these differences matter!

Hi Jessica, we are sorry we were not able to help you. We do not pull credit at any level which is exactly what we say on the website. Credit scores and credit pulls are not something we utilize at all in the underwriting process. As all of our information states, simply bringing in the documentation required does not guarantee a loan. Again, We are sorry we could not help and we certainly wish we could have! Hi Tyree, Thank you for taking the time to express your feelings about the loan process. We do try to be efficient and while it may have felt like 5 minutes, our report shows it was 25 minutes after we received your faxed documents that the credit decision was finalized. This is actually longer than our standard 10-15 minutes, so we apologize for the delay. Our representative who called you did explain that we would be sending the reason for the decline to you by mail so that you could have it in writing. Our approvals department takes their jobs very seriously, and after reviewing both the application you submitted and the documents received they made their decision based on our proprietary algorithms.
