      They very rarely acknowledged my emails. Got my HUD 1 at 6:30pm, for the first time, the day before closing and closing was at 8:45 am. I had sent them about 4 emails asking about closing documents and to confirm we were still closing the next day and also left them a voice mail. They sent a notary that was a mess, didn't have any of the documents ready and didn't know how to respond to questions I had, a process that should take about 20 mins, took an hour. I do not recommend this title company. I have work with 3 others and this is by far the wors . Save yourself energy and being stressed, go somewhere else.

      Worst closing I've had in years. Didn't respond to my email saying the same about it, either. Even the Sellers who chose Spark in the first place were angry.
