Nice to work with a responsive Title Company who gets things done in a professional manner.

They very rarely acknowledged my emails. Got my HUD 1 at 6:30pm, for the first time, the day before closing and closing was at 8:45 am. I had sent them about 4 emails asking about closing documents and to confirm we were still closing the next day and also left them a voice mail. They sent a notary that was a mess, didn't have any of the documents ready and didn't know how to respond to questions I had, a process that should take about 20 mins, took an hour. I do not recommend this title company. I have work with 3 others and this is by far the wors . Save yourself energy and being stressed, go somewhere else.
