Brandon G.1Just moving into town. This seemed to be the best fit for me except everyone and their brother seems to go there on Fridays. Went back home and decided to open an account online. After 3 days they sent an email saying they couldn't verify my identity and my application was declined. Never once asked for anything. I could have provided my ID or anything else they could possibly need. Just a generic canned email saying I was declined. It's like a slap in the face. They didn't even care about a customer enough to pick up the phone and say come on in or anything. Well, you're not the only bank in town. I'm glad you declined me. You don't deserve a customer like me.

Kevin Cook1Went there to get change. After giving the teller my account number, which I have had for 20 years, she said I didn’t have an account. So I gave her my drivers license. Then she told me it wouldn’t help, before finding my account which happens to have the same number I gave her. Then, with an attitude of disgust, she told me I could not get change because I do not have a business account.

Rod Crane5Great bank. I have never had an issue or problem and any questions have always been answered promptly. The mobile banking is great and funds available the following day if deposited by 8 pm. Highly recommend

Shann Doig1Cannot share my frustrations with this bank enough!!! I set up my online banking and chose paperless billing for both my accounts and still got billed a fee each month. They couldn’t help me in store because they aren’t allowed to pull up my private account and make choices. I would get locked out of my online banking at least every other time I tried to get in. Every time o went in to get help, only one person helping (who was friendly, but couldn’t help me get this fee off) and usually 2 to 4 people waiting. I have waited up to thirty minutes before with only one customer being helped. I closed my account this week and will not be back! Wanted a community bank to bank with, this is not the one!!!

Nancy Raya1Can't believe I have to wait over a week to get a 3k check deposited to my accout. I have a wells fargo account as well and a few months ago I got a BIGGER check cashed the same day I took it!
