      No stars didn’t know how to do negative stars. Being 57 years once a farmer then corporate America. I have dealt with many banks, my friend is an accountant and has dealt with many banks as well. This bank doesn’t even have a close second. BY FAR THE MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER!!!!!!!! No money there anymore

      The staff is great and friendly, however that is where it ends. Be aware that funds deposited will not be available for 7-10 business days and they won’t give you a straight answer. They use words like shouldn’t or probably won’t, no straight answers. We had hopes that this place was what they marketed and promoted but its not and full of hidden policies that lock up your money.

      Havent had any issues, great customer service. Alot of online features as well if you're in a hurry or need to check your account asap.

      Slow!!!! Every drive through experience here is at least 10 minutes. New ulm branch is so much quicker

      Do not bank here but have been waiting on a lein release for months being told it would take 2 weeks. Kind of sketchy. Do not suggest getting loans through this bank.
