Two deeds prepared here had typo errors in the starting point of the properties. We ask her for help with a corrected deed and was NEVER called back, after I made a visit and two calls. Her receptionist told me she had to research. Three weeks past, no call or status updates. We went elsewhere. I guess once she received her money,we were no longer important.

Make sure you put in southland title on maps. Not the address. Galaxy phones got wrong maps. Best place everyone doing everything they can for you. 😃
