Sheila was a awesome customer loan service, she got me approved for more than I really needed!!!

From the time they answered the phone til the time I picked up my check, everyone was happy, professional, and so helpful.

So I was referred to this place by my father for a loan, when I walked in was everyone was busy and I was greeted by Kim, she was a great help she did her job well and efficiently.. there was another lady at the front desk named Lidia who had a smug look on her face the whole time not very inviting, I went through the process with Kim she spoke with the manager about my loan. I needed to print out my check stubs and Lidia had an attitude about letting me use the computer, stating because they use adp to login that I couldn't log in on the computer there and print my check stubs out. in the end I was able to log on and print them but she needs to change her attitude or if she didn't have a attitude her facial expressions showed something different. overall I like southern finance and will continue to do business with them.

Everyone here has been nothing but nice to me. I got my first loan from them November 2016 (that I did not ask for, a check came in the mail, but it was right on time for Christmas 😀) and paid it off. Got a second loan August 2018. The rules have changed a bit, but that's to be expected. Everything works exactly how they say it's going to work and I'm glad, because I don't like surprises lol. If you need to move your payment to a later date they're really nice about it, all they ask is that you let them know before the day of your actual payment. Fair enough :). The folks that gave 1 star more then likely didn't have any check stubs. Go get a loan from speedy cash I bet you would change your mind about southern finance lol.
