I have been using ERnie at South Florida Trust and Title since about 2008. I've done scores of closings with SFT&T and All my customers, buyers and sellers have all commented how delightful and pleased they were with the closing process administered by Ernie and her team. Exceptionally helpful in unusual situations and provide guidance when dealing with permits, encroachments etc!
