Sol's Jewelry & Loan S 84th St, La Vista

Very poor customer service. I've been a long time sols buyer and never had any issues and always been helpful in finding things for you. But went to ask about a purchase on a drum machine. 1 it didn't have all the cords to make it work. Would not help trying to find one. He could of had the whole sale but his attitude and presentation was very rude. Plus he had a really bad body order. I love sols but I don't think I will spend money at this location. I will stick with where me and my money is treated with respect.

Super, super, super, nice people!! My sister and I went there with our mother Christmas shopping for our boyfriends. They were very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Definitely would visit again! For five years our dad was faithful shopper at that store and I can definitely see why. It was nice to know he was remembered!

Sol's is always fun to stop in and see what's new. Sometimes you can find a good deal.

Horrible service. not helpful everyone always has an attitude

The lady lied to my face about my jewelry quality. Told me my rubies were “simulated” when you could definitely tell they were real. I personally had the Diamonds checked elsewhere, she still continued to tell me they were fake and the ring was only worth 25-35$ best. Please do not sell your jewelry! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Went in looking for a shop-vac and possibly a couple more tools. Found one thought the price was kinda high. Googled it and realized they had it marked $6 above retail for a new one. Asked for a discount was given the run around then told them I found a new one online (at a big box store) cheaper, and to have a good day. The guy said I can save you $15. I left. Look at the prices, save yourself some money and google. There maybe a deal or two in there but BUYERS BEWARE.

Thay dont have a clue about anything you try to sell them. It's just some kids poking around on a computer, that dont know how well they'd be off with something worth 400 dollars tops. Go somewhere else instead of wasting your money here.

They told me they wouldn't go any higher than $35 on my $1,200 guitar. (Update:) I decided to try and give them another chance and they told me my $1,100 engagement ring wasn't even worth $100. Absolute garbage. Do not sell your valuables here.

I have bought, sold, and pawned items at the La Vista location and have ALWAYS been treated fairly by them. The staff is bilingual in Spanish. They have treated me each time I have entered the store with courtesy and professional. I also have bought more then one firearm from this location and have gotten a great deal on the items. I highly recommend the La Vista Location!

Thrift store treats their merchandise better, delicate stereo consoles stacked up like hale bales, computer monitors scratching up against each other like file folders, “ Numerous Items on sale that are “commonly known to get stolen”. A business that treats their merchandise like this loses all my trust. This place gave me a very “crooked” feeling.
