My name is Teresa Wright. My husband and I closed on our new home on May 20, 2022. I was having some issues with the report for my surveyor and also with the people who were to come out and place the markers. With me dealing with the passing of losing my sister due to cancer I really did not want to have to deal with trying to call around to get the matter taken care. When I called the office of Smart Settlements, I spoke to a representative by the name of Penny Skyhammountry and I only had to explain the situation to her once. At the time, she did not know that I had just lost my sister to cancer. However, she was very professional, and she was on top of the situation. When she told me that she was going to follow up with me at a certain time and day, she did just that. She was pleasant and had a good sense of humor. I appreciate all of her hard work and dedication. Penny is the best and I enjoyed talking to her. She was very professional, and I appreciated her dedication of following up and resolving my issue.
