Skyline Title, LLC N State St, Orem

We used Skyline Title in 2021 for a refinance - they were great to work with. We used them again in 2022 for another property refi. They were helpful in reviewing some information and answering our questions - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I worked in the financial world for over ten years and worked closely with countless title companies. I could always tell who I’d choose to work with for my personal business based on how they conducted business with third parties. Skyline Title (specifically Ryan Ostler) is who you want to do business with. He worked so hard on our refinance. The company who serviced our mortgage was exceptionally difficult to work with. Ryan was exceptionally easy to work with through that whole process. He kept his calm and was so professional through the whole ordeal (even as the servicer made multiple mistakes and made his job extremely difficult). He is prompt and knowledgeable. He is incredibly honest and a great communicator. Believe me, you need Ryan in your corner. He made it seamless. Skyline Title was AMAZING to work with. They have a forever customer in us. We will be sure to use them for all of our future business endeavors and absolutely recommend them!
