She was very responsive, accommodating, and very thorough throughout the entire process. With this being our first home purchase, Andrea and the Seven Hills Settlement team made the process very easy and seamless. Andrea is amazing! As a first time buyer I had a ton of questions. Andrea answered each and every one with patience and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable in hime.buying process. She offered expert advice and was a generally pleasant person. When I walked into the office for my closing table meeting all of the staff I encountered were pleasant and professional. Kelsey and Andrea were outstanding! Whenever I called or emailed with questions I always received a quick and courteous response. Andrea was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure we closed on time. The bank had not provided her all the documents necessary to close but she stayed late the night before to ensure we were able to close. This is the second time I have used Seven Hills and I would strongly recommend them.

Kelsey Boylan was the person we worked with and I doubt if you could find anyone as dedicated to their job and the closing process as she was. She worked so hard to close the deal on our time frame and the buyer's , adjusting and changing as we went to make it happen, never once showing frustration, dealing with out of town buyers and sellers as she went.
