amanda saunders5I have actually banked with several banks in this area and the service credit union is the best by far, everything about them as a bank in general is just how banking should be ! the Wal mart. Seabrooke location is my favorite branch!

Ashley White-Hogue3Typically a great branch. Not sure who the male manager on, at this very moment is, but he let the line flood out into the walmart while the two girls up front were swamped. He should have been opening the complex accounts they were working on and let the people making payments or deposits fly through. It was unnecessary and he never got up to even see if they needed help even when they were looking back at him and trying to get his attention. Not fair to the girls or the customers. Never had this experience before, and I hope it never happens again. I wasn't even able to complain because he just was laughing on the phone and shut himself off from everyone despite being in the open 5ft away. So rude.
