This was the first time I have work with them and I could not be happier with the excellent experience. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and they made closing of my home extremely seamless!

The escrow officer called me 1 month after closing to tell me that this was an unusual call in that they gave me $5,000 too much and that I owed them $5,000. Later I spoke with the buyer of our property and found that she was treated rudely when she advised them that she was short $5,000. It took them 1 month to discover the problem and only after she threatened to get an attorney. I was traveling so did not notice that the wired funds were in excess of what the closing statement said. I would use a different title company next time.

Security Title helped me with a closing. Staff was very professional and enjoyable to work with! Everything was filed quickly and funds transferred rapidly as well. Not sure what else you can ask for!
