I had purchased a condo previously in Chicago but buying real estate in Florida is a completely different ball game, and as a first time Florida home buyer I don't know what I would have done without Robert and the Artesian Title team. First of all, Robert is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. The seller's attorney was a joke compared to Robert and Artesian, and the seller's agent specifically said he was so impressed with Artesian that he would like to recommend them to his clients going forward. Secondly, Robert’s entire team was extremely organized and super helpful throughout the entire process. The flat rate seemed extremely reasonable for the level of attention and professionalism I received. I would highly recommend Artesian Title to anyone looking for a title company in Florida.

I just closed on my Naples Condo and it would not have happened without the outstanding team of professionals looking out for my interests. The team at Artesian Title was absolutely amazing at every step of the process and I would highly recommend them. I live in NYC and began looking for a second home in Naples early 2019. I knew absolutely nothing about the unique complexities of Florida real-estate or the extensive process involved with purchasing a condo sometimes. Just by luck I found the most amazing realtor, Barbara Vance who patiently spend countless hours explaining the Naples real estate market to me. She recommended Artesian Title due to their balance of competence, experience, professionalism, and client centric vision. She has had several opportunities to work with Artesian Title in the past and knew they would offer me the individualized attention I would need as an inexperienced buyer in the FL market. On her recommendation I called them and spoke with Rick Nayar, the owner himself, along with Robert Patterson (One of their 4 attorney’s). He spent close to 30 minutes on our initial call outlining the process of purchasing property in FL and telling me about the firm. I then talked to Robert, who was knowledgeable, articulate, patient and very pleasant to talk with- much different than I imagined an attorney to be. He and his assistant Alexa Grivas worked with me over the next 10 months and through 3 signed contracts until we finally closed on the 3rd condo. They took special attention in explaining every detail of what could be considered "basic" to a more seasoned buyer. They always returned my phone calls promptly and most of the time both Robert and Alexa were on the phone to field my questions. There were countless hurdles with my deal and at times I didn't think we would ever make it to closing. Robert and Alexa worked so far beyond their fees to alleviate the seller's frustration with delays and keep the deal on track. I felt such a sense of commitment and personal investment from Artesian Title and clearly clients are more than just business to them. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help make my lifelong dream of a Florida home come to true!

I found Artesian Title on google and was impressed by the positive reviews. My parents had a bad experience with their attorney so I was looking for quality service to avoid that. I also wanted a team who wouldn't complain about being more involved since it's a Naples Condo and I knew I was going to have questions and requests. Before I had even hired them, Renata spent half an hour with me on the phone, looked up the condo, and told me her thoughts and findings. It confirmed my impression of her from the google reviews. She is proactive, thorough and someone I'd like to work with. My friends referred me to other attorneys and title companies who were cheaper. I interviewed one of them and was reassured that Artesian is the right choice. Renata and specifically Robert and team were very responsive to my questions and emails. They usually respond within hours. I also hired Artesian for another purchase. We were able to close within an hour and a half when it typically takes hours. Even the seller's attorney said he'd like to work with her more often and my condo President asked me for her contact information. I highly recommend Renata and her team at Artesian Title

I was involved in an unusual transaction in which I was purchasing a home previously owned by a charitable organization, and the transaction was complicated by a lien against the property. There was some urgency on the seller's part in getting the transaction done, and the seller was intending to use another title and escrow company with whom they were familiar, but I, the buyer, wanted to make sure I had some choice in the matter. I used google and found Rick and his team over at Artesian, and decided I would call him. As others have said, Rick was extremely responsive -- returning calls quickly and demonstrating his considerable knowledge of this process. I loved that they had 3 to 4 attorneys that actually worked on my closing. His prices are competitive -- he charged less than the other company that the seller was initially going to use. The seller expressed concern that perhaps Rick and his team wouldn't be as efficient and be able to get the job done quickly. In the end, Rick had everything ready when needed, and the closing would have happened exactly on time, were it not for some delays on the seller's end. Since I had chosen Rick against the advice of the seller, I was so very pleased that Rick and his team did so well, and I recommend him highly and would gladly use his services again. I must say that Alexa Grivas, Rick's assistant was outstanding and a great pleasure to work with.

Having done several condo transactions in FL, I can say that Rick Nayar and his associates were excellent.  This was the 1st time I used Artesian Title, but I would not hesitate to utilize their services again. Their fee was reasonable and they provided top-notch customer service.  They were easy to reach via phone or email and answered inquiries promptly.  I personally worked with Attorney Robert Patterson and his assistant Alexa.  I give them my highest recommendation!

Yes, 5 stars, I would give more if I could. One word: Rick. I've dealt with a few escrow companies over the years and Artesian Title has emerged as a clear leader in customer service, knowledge, flexibility, and my favorite lawyers to deal with. They are as competent as it gets. We had a complex real estate situation (difficult deal, weak real estate agent, out of country funds exchange, timing issues, etc...). The team (especially Rick) took the pain out of it all. He advised on how to address every single issue with confidence and easy solutions. Artesian Title was very responsive (both Robert and Rick) when we called, and we called a lot, they were always patient and courteous and willing to go that extra mile just to help us. The deal went through ahead of schedule. Great experience and thank you. You have us as customers for life. Can't thank you enough!

Highest recommendation - super knowledgeable, savvy, responsive, personable Robert Patterson and Artesian Title represented me in a condo purchase in Naples, Fl. Robert has an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate law and the nuances of a Florida Closing. He is a savvy negotiator, he and his team were able to get me a rebate on my Title insurance policy . Robert always responded to my emails and calls quickly. He was very patient in reviewing all the paperwork and explaining next steps. I always felt my deal was in good hands. Alexa and Robert are simply the best! I interviewed several firms and they stood out from the beginning. Always available, extremely competent in legal real estate matters, and very thorough! I could not have asked for more. My Condo purchase in Naples was complicated by a seller's broker with legal aspirations who meddled in the process by adding non-standard clauses that not even the seller's lawyer could make sense of at first. Alexa and Robert took the initiative and re-formulated the terms to make sense and to avoid unwanted interpretations. They are also extremely good negotiators. With their advance preparation, it was smooth sailing through the closing! I highly recommend their services! Six stars!

They were wonderful throughout the entire process- they clearly explained everything we needed to know as first time Florida buyers, replied promptly to all our communications and helped us wrangle the other parties involved. In my ten years in the real estate industry, I have worked with many escrow/title companies but one of the best I have ever worked with is Rick Nayar and his team over at Artesian Title. And I adore their location of Pine Ridge, very professional and warm. I have worked with Rick and Artesian as my preferred escrow officer and escrow/title company for the past 5 years. Rick is extremely diligent, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. I have had many unintentionally complicated files/transactions with more than five buyers, divorcing sellers, sellers with County conservators, complicated loans, foreign national buyers, homes with liens the owner never knew about, sellers who have filed for bankruptcy, and more. Those complicated transactions have been no match for me with Rick on our team. Our clients were able to reach their real estate goals smoothly and as efficiently as possible. As someone who deals with impatient or clients who don't yet fully understand the process, time is everything. Their team of attorneys(Robert, Daniel or Channel) are always here for me. And if Rick isn't there or unavailable, I am always put in touch with someone on the team who can help me immediately. I can't tell you how many times other escrow/title companies give me the run-around and send me to the voicemail-box, which is not helpful! There's none of that foolishness at Artesian Title!
