    You can never get online banking your always getting locked out so it’s very hard to use not user friendly at all . And select your number never has my number I am so sick of never being able to get online . To bad they don’t keep up with the information about you ! I feel they are bad and bad for me and bad for anyone who is trying to get on account . No one ever wants to help customers anymore so they are not doing good work and it’s hard for me! I never had so many problems getting on a bank app ever . What’s up with the people who are working for me. They are against me and I don’t want them anymore. I hate this bank so snobby I am so over it!

    Stephanie helped me at the okeechobee branch today. What a nice, professional young lady. I enjoyed working with her very much. While I was there I heard some of the tellers talking to people in the drive in. They were so friendly and personable. I was very impressed with everyone I met today.

    This location has some of the most generous and understanding group of individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. On numerous occasions that have went above and beyond to accommodate me and have always made sure that I was well taken care of. The level of service that this branch provides is second to none and I encourage anyone to use them for any of their banking needs.

    The South Parrot branch crew are an awesome group of people. They always greet me with a smile and at the end of my transactions, they ask me if they can offer any more assistance with my banking needs. Whenever I needed a loan, they jumped right on it and got me taken care of. Whenever I need a notary, they always have one available. Whatever banking or financial needs I may have, they are always on top of it. I appreciate them all and all of the hard work they put in each day!

    I have been a customer for a long time. I understand that the virus has created some issues but the latest issue is ridiculous. I would much rather talk to an employee but i can't get anyone on the phone.. Since when does a bank want access to information on my cell phone, contacts, camera, my location etc. When I got a recording they even wanted the pin number to my debit card. That is my personal information that I refuse to give out . How can I make an appointment if I can't talk to anyone. I need an appointment to speak to someone in person.

    They added a $ 150 charge to corporation's credit line. They called it something like "other charge". When I asked, they said they couldn't change the statements to be more specific. So, for now, it is a payment of loan principal. But, who knows, later on they may want to claim that it is a bank fee. Account representative Marc Heraux was no help at all!!!

    I have been with this bank in Okeechobee Florida for around 3 to 4 weeks now. Every aspect they exceeded my expectations. I think they hire from chick fila lol.

    Online banking is a joke with them. Their program constantly screws up. If you want a physical paper of your statement from your original branch they want to charge you $7... WHAT A JOKE FOR BEING AN ACCOUNT MEMBER.
