Amy Mihele5We LOVE Schools First CU and have been with them and formerly OCTCU for over 17 years. My two teen boys also have debit cards with them. Not once have we had a problem with this bank and love the new San Clemente location. All of the staff are so friendly, they are always professional, smiling and greet us twice, once at the front desk and at the back counter with the tellers. One of the tellers knows my son from depositing his monthly paychecks and made sure to tell me how polite he is when he goes by himself. We feel like family here and I cwould give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Matthew Fisher1Such a poor bank. I have watched them decline since OCTFCU. The service is horrible. They issued a CC increase without my consent. And getting customer service on the phone takes hours. It's worse than Wells Fargo
