christin madden5I left corporate banks years ago. I love that I can walk in and the staff know who I am, they also know who my family members are. Not just by name, but also by circumstances. I love that they are so kind, professional, and you actually feel welcomed. I hated the covid restrictions but the staff did the best they could. Due to our families limitations, compliance was difficult. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were serviced well! We've now brought in a large handful of friends and family to do business here as well. The staff also helped me assist a very vulnerable person to protect them. I'm very grateful to Rivermark and the staff at Gresham.

Oliver Kirsch2Customer service is decent when in person. The phone automated system on the other hand is an absolute disaster. Avoid calling at all costs... How hard is it anymore to just hire a person to pick up a phone and shoot the calls to the appropriate party? I appreciate talking to PEOPLE more than ever in this covid enviornment. Otherwise Rivermark has a pretty good streamlined convenient system in place for banking.

With the amount of calls that come in each day, it would not work for us to have an operator directing calls, but if you use those options you will be able to get through to a person that can help you. Jon S1This used to be a 4 or 5 star, I had been banking with this bank for decades. Then we finally went to get a house loan through them and that experience alone trumps all the good. It has been nothing but hassles. We have had our automated payments dropped 2 times now in under 6 months. When we went to get our loan, the loan officer directly called our agent to tell speak to them behind our back, without our authorization. Again, maybe bank with them but DO NOT USE THEIR MORTGAGE SERVICES. Edit: Update, next month, still messed up. Doubled charged me this time, thankfully I had enough in my account to cover that, otherwise no doubt over draft fees. I continue to try to get rivermark to do basic automated payments. Being sent from Rivermark to their Mortgage Service, only to be sent back to Rivermark. Ping-pong back and forth as no one can seem to figure it out.

Deanna P4First off, I have been a member at Rivermark for 10 years. The staff there and all locations have been amazing. I have never had any major issues as far as my checking or savings account are concerned. Now for the bad. Several years ago, I was looking at refinancing my house and had a heck of a time getting a response back from the loan department. After many calls to the point of contact on my home loan and not getting answers that I needed, we ended up going to another loan provider. This made me pretty sad and I felt that it was an isolated incident and gave them another shot (in 2020) with an auto loan. When I applied for the loan I had initially done the loan under my name and asked if it would be possible to add my husband to registration just in-case something happened to me. I would have been more than happy to put him on the loan, did not matter to me one way or the other. Once the loan was approved and I bought my new shiny car :-), I received the temp registration and it did not include my husband :-(. When I spoke with the loans manager (wish I would have wrote down her name when she phoned me back, I happened to be driving and nothing to write on) she told me that once I receive the registration from DMV to bring it down to the branch and they would take care of getting my husband added on. This was a week or 2 prior to pandemic and I did not receive the registration until a couple months later. When I did go to the branch and drop off registration, as told to do by teller, I was phone and told, "Sorry, we will not be able to fulfill your request as we will need to add your husband to the loan, you will need to do a new loan and it will hit your credit report, and in addition, we are going to charge you for the title transfer, oh, and rates have gone up since you got your loan so you will now be paying more" and blah, blah, blah after that point, because now I am so ticked off that I don't care about the rest of our conversation. I will now be looking at doing all loans through a different party, including refinancing my car to get my husband onto the registration. If you are looking for a great bank to do checking and savings accounts with, then Rivermark is your bank. Again, the staff there at this branch is amazing.

Kerry Calhoun5I had a real bad experience at on point community credit union and I didn't know if I wanted to get any of my accounts at a credit union again. Well I was totally wrong. My daughter is at River Mark and ask me to check it out. As of now, I have all my accounts at River Mark. They are totally trust worthy. River Mark has Satisfied me 100 percent. Great service.

Michael John1Worst customer service I have experienced in 8yr. Refused to provide me with a withdrawal unless I placed a mask on and than insisted I provided a I.D. while wearing a mask. I was speaking to a individual on a kiosk..how does that make since. I was standing in the building for 10min No one said a thing. But the liberal on the kiosk has a issue. this is ridiculous. Provide a mask if there is a issue. - the mask mandate is not thr issue. thr real issue here is New employees with pour training. it's obvious that Andy and the other new employee need more training before representing your establishment

Andrew Campbell3I've got a love hate relationship with Rivermark. When it was a normal credit union with a standard counter, I loved it. But since the installation of what amounts to an ATM with Skype, not so much. I have to work all day with employees at a remote location. So when I go out of the house, I want to talk to people in person. I understand why they changed. It's more secure for the credit union in that it becomes essentially robber proof and can offer extended hours with fewer employees. The employees are nice enough. But in the end, I want live people to deal with. So I rate it a 5 for the people, but a 0 for the technology experience. Hence the 3 stars.
