      Dorothy & Chelsey were very professional, patient and pleasant to deal with during the closing I dealt with. I highly recommend their services especially if this your first experience. All of the staff I spoke with was very pleasant and professional.

      Called to ask about picking up a refund check and set a time to pick it up on a certain day. Drove an hour and a half for them to tell me they mailed it to me the day after I called to set the time. Then they wanted me to pay a $25 stop payment fee on the old check in order for them to cut me a new check. We ended up splitting the fee, however, they definitely have some communication issues internally and I don’t feel I should’ve been charged anything for their mistake. Nominal amount, but pretty poor customer service especially over only $25 for a mistake they made.

      UNreliable Title. Definitely do not recommend this company to handle anything. This is not based on one transaction either... completely disorganized, no communication, unable to follow through, then 1 business day before close they inform us they cannot close. Never had a worse experience with a title co in my life. Avoid at all costs, don’t allow them to waste your time, energy, or money!
