Great place to do business! Management changes have taken place and I found the people to be very helpful and friendly, they never once pushed anything on me far as insurances..and you ACTUALLY pay much less if you pay your loan off early not sure what this other guys deal is,and the interest rates are all based on your credit,so it does vary, but I've seen rates as high as 279% annually here in Dickson from their competitors so I feel that 12% is more than fair if you are credit challenged, and the staff is incredibly friendly. For what it's worth,it'll be my go to place should I need anything and I've done business at almost every finance company in town at some point.

This is the worst, highest interest company I've ever used. They use what is called a rule 78 loan, which is not for the customer. It penalizes you if you pay it off early. They also try to push the insurances that cover your loan for short-term disability and death. Which intern, they charge the high interest on the insurances for the length of the loan. Their balances, and the length of the loan do not add up in the end with what I actually owe. They were saying I owe $18,000 on a $6,500 loan with the insurances. A year into the loan I found out that the insurances were optional. I had them removed, and they were supposed to prorate my remaining balance. I paid $4,104 dollars in 1 year towards a $6,500 loan which supposedly had 24% apr. They are saying 12 months later my balance is $12,238.90. If you dobthe math it doesn't add up. I'm stuck paying this crook of a lending company because I don't want to damage my credit. Be very cautious when using them, honestly I would not recommend anyone borrowing money from them. It's literally highway robbery. So word of advice make sure you read the fine print, and avoid the insurance on the loan if possible.

I was initially speaking with Amber (who was very sweet and helpful) around 10am who took my initial information over the phone to get the process started, but soon ended up with Tonya due to Amber being with another customer when I got there. I was already skeptical of Tonyas attitude from earlier that day on the phone and it was no better in person. I almost walked out just to keep from dealing with Tonya. I was told I qualified for a loan, to bring in my license, a piece of recent mail to prove my address and my check stubs. It all went down hill when I walked through those doors. After an already long day at work, a medical bill that I had received that same day, was not good enough for proof of address (apparently there is a list of specific mail they need: utilities, bank statements, etc. Which was not specified earlier in the day.) Then, for whatever reason, because my pay periods at work are the 15th & 30th, every check is different, which caused a hassle to tally up. & after all was said and done, they needed collateral (which was also never specified at the beginning of this.) I do not own anything they needed me to own in order to list collateral. I spent my entire day with this company innorder to get a loan, and an hour that evening sitting at a desk just to walk out empty handed and my credit score be lowered due to a credit report being ran to even qualify for this loan. I could've taken my business elsewhere & saved alot of time. I dont feel as though they communicated business very well and the customer service personality was lacking.

This place sends "checks" with all your information on it for anyone to sign and cash, and then YOU are on the hook for a loan! VERY shady practice! When I called to tell them to never send this to me, or anyone for that matter, the guy refused, and hung up on me.
