Being self employed, can cause difficulty when trying to prove income, but you went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful, cause other lenders have just denied me without explanation, so it was amazing to have you explaining the possible cause, going paper by paper, and reached out for help, when it was above your knowledge. I am extremely satisfied with the service received from Regional Financial of Columbus GA. I was personally assisted by Ms Shanilka, her uplifting spirit and professionalism was above, beyond any service I’ll ever received. The entire staff was very polite, kind, professional and had the most welcoming spirit. I told them I appreciated their warm welcoming and professional. I called the office 20 minutes before closing and received the same uplifting service I received when I called at 0830 in the morning. I’ll highly recommend Regional Finance-highly recommend.
