I want to highly recommend this location because they truly care and work with you in difficult times. I want to say I got AWESOME service from Ms. Christie, Ms. Agnes, Ms. Jessica and everyone else on their team. I was treated with much dignity and respect. I got a loan here in 2016 and thank God I just finished paying it off. My husband was robbed and assaulted in 2020 and when I had a difficult time they helped me every step of the way. If you ever need a loan please consider this location and loan agency. I would give them 10 or higher if I could. Thank you and God Bless you 😊

Very miss leading. They operate like a payday loan establishment. After Regional Finance pulled my credit, I was called by a rep on a Thursday telling I was approved for $7k, I sent all appropriate doc's requested and on the following Monday morning while in route to Regional to sign paperwork & confirm. I was told by the same rep my loan amount had been reduced from $7k to $2,500 and that I needed "collateral" and references for the $2,500...and 3 references. Why wasn't this asked for (and in their advertisement). I declined the loan because I wanted a debt consolidation loan not a payday loan . I was totally miss lead.

I’m so thankful for Christy Thompson. She is a awesome representative that help me. She give me great advice on my loan options. Though out the whole loan process was super, super helpful and always professional and courteous. Also she always available when I needed additional help. Regional Finance has real jam in Christy. I know if I need loan I can always reach out to Regional Finance and Christy for help. I have told family, co-workers and friends. BEWARE!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars. Had a family emergency and was approved. MARCO is a liar (no other way to put it) who is deceptive in lending practices. Marco stated that I had to take out the extra unemployment and disability insurance, even when I asked him twice prior to receiving the contract. I READ the contract and it clearly stated that the insurance coverage is optional. I challenged it and it was removed. But not before he repeatedly lied that he did not tell me this. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU INTO TAKING THE EXTRA COVERAGE. IT IS EXPENSVE AND COUNTERPRODUCTIVE TO TAKING OUT THE LOAN IN TH EFIRST PLACE. LET THEM APPROVE YOU FIRST THEN MAKE THEM REMOVE IT. THEY ARE ONLY SNEAKY LIKE THIS AT THE STAFFORD LOCATION.

I have been a customer with Regional Finance for over 10 + years. Over those 10 years, I haven't had a bad experience yet, even with the faces that I have seen come and gone. Regional Finance is a place you can go to when you're really in need for help. I just love Chrissy, Christina and Mrs. Agnes!!!
