      Been customer since 2004 . Great customer service .Never an issue. Great car loans. Everything basically free with some exceptions. Best banking facility I've ever used. Was disappointed when they removed ATM Deposits.

      Every time I have been to this location, there is always a long line and tiresome wait. I’ve never seen more than two tellers working the inside counter. 15+ people in line, 2 tellers. The tellers are very kind and handle the stress of things well but there needs to be more help at the counter.

      They charge fees for everything. You can try to explain what happened but they will just say “sorry for the frustration, anything else I can help you with.” They are not helpful at all. Chase usually waives ridiculous fees if you call them and have a legitimate reason. I’ve never had trouble with chase.

      I just put one star because it wouldn't let me put something below that! 😤 i just drove 45 minutes from San Antonio because i need more money than the ATM can give you and i got here and this stupid Bank is closed already!! Need to update this crop but now!! Other People can get in the same ugly boat that i am right now!! 😡 thanks a lot whoever is responsible for this!!!

      Very slow service , lack knowledge of basic banking, dishonest, no cash deposits in ATMs, too many phone prompts.
