I have done banking with PECU for  over 35-years. I am very happy with them. First, I don't have to worry about something going wrong or someone trying to breach my account because if PECU sees a transaction on my account they don't usually expect to see, the first thing they do is call and make sure I authorized the purchase. They stop a problem before it can become a problem. PECU does much more than that though. They are not only professional, proficient and friendly, they strive for even more, to bring quality and perfection to your personal wants and needs. They work with you to accomplish your needs and wants, resulting in outcomes even above your expectation. They don't tell you that 'you're family" or "They are there for you", ... they prove it. It's a refreshing confidence to have. I would recommend PECU to anyone (and indeed I have done so through the years) I got tired of the robotic big-bank systems who always seemed to consider themselves their highest priority even when the situation called for you, the customer to be priority. Then I found PECU. I stayed :-)

Lauren went above and beyond helping me. She was patient and explained technical issue in a clear and concise manner. She walked me thru each step and remained calm so that I didn’t feel pressured. We had to go thru several areas to get everything set up correctly and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In these days customer service is not always helpful but Lauren was awesome. She is a great asset and I wouldn’t hesitate to call her for assistance in the future and would recommend pecu to my friends because of Lauren’s excellent customer service!!
