PropLogix is truly the best! I've used several different lien search companies in the past but the kind of customer service and attention I receive is amazing. My account manager Luis Burgos is absolutely outstanding. Luis is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He bends over backwards to accommodate my requests, from small deals to bulk order of 125 lien searches and surveys. I would be lost without Luis. If you're not using PropLogix you should start. And ask for Luis.

I normally like to use a local business; however, Proplogix is very communicative, creates realistic expectations and delivers when expected. If they can't meet a due date, they let you know immediately. The customer service is VERY GOOD. I'll continue to use them because they are a company with integrity.

I’ve dealt with the CFO on a transaction and I’ve found him to be a dishonest scammer! When I’ve attempted to resolve the issue, he resorted to name calling. Very immature and unprofessional. I’d stay away from a company that employs such a person with low moral turpitude.

I have Luis Burgos as my account manager, love the fact that he is super responsive to anything i need. Will continue to order all my tax certs through Proplogix, they do a fantastic job, highly recommend.
