Whomever “Lisa” is that works for this agency needs to be retrained in working with people, never have I had to overspeak on the phone because a worker is YELLING AT ME THROUGH THE PHONE BECAUSE OF A DISCREPANCY ON THEIR BEHALF! But since Lisa has no knowledge of how to deal with these issues let me school you love! FIRST, identify the problem, and see where the issue took place, SECOND, calmly explain a resolution, YOU DO NOT SCREAM AT A CUSTOMER/CONSUMER THROUGH THE PHONE! Be grateful that people are using this business because otherwise YOU(Lisa) WOULD BE OUT OF A JOB! If you would like to resolve this issue, kindly give me a call BIG EMPHASIS ON THE “kindly” 😊

We absolutely love this company. They are very easy to work with, interest rate was reasonable for my sons first loan. We will definitely work with them again in the future. The staff are always so nice and professional.

Running credit reports 4 years later with out consent is illegal I called to see why I have a hard hit inquiry Tom Hudson said because they can will be reporting to fdcpa
