Ms. Carey, as we stated at the time of your mothers passing, we are sorry for your loss. We did receive the paper work that you indicate above and were more than happy to work with your sister on getting the account resolved. Unfortunately, your sister stopped making payments or returning our calls. The vehicle was picked up on 10-14-2013 as the account was past due from 7-8-2013. Even after it was picked up we gave your sister the opportunity to resolve the issue but we received no payments or any further communication. We always try to work with our customers to the best of our ability to resolve issues but it also requires the debtor to communicate with us for it to work. In this case our efforts were not reciprocated. I'm sorry that you were unhappy with Presto as I know that your mother had several prior accounts with us and she was a valued customer.
