I LIVE OVER TWO HOURS AWAY AND I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT AND I KEPT GETTING HUNG UP ON AND EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES.AS THE DAYS WENT BY MY PAYOUT AMOUNT WAYS INCREASING.THEN THEY SEND ME A PAPER A MGR TYPED UP SAYING I OWE $907.76 ON MY PAYOUT BUT MY PAYMENT HISTORY SAYS $876.15 . SO I DROVE TO THERE OFFICE AND GOT KICKED OUT AFTER I POINTED OUT FACTS ON MY PAYMENT HISTORY THAT THE PRINCIPAL WAS APPLIED WRONG AND IF THEY COULD FIX IT.SHE SAID NO AND I HAVE NO MORE TIME FOR YOU.THEN I ASKED FOR THE POLICY ON A PREPAYMENT AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME BY SAYING U NEED AN ATTORNEY ..THEY HAVE OVER CHARGED ME AND THEY APPLY PAYMENT THE WAY THEY WANT TO ..ONE MONTH I PAYED MY NOTE OF $320.00 AND NONE OF IT WENT TO THE PRINCIPAL .THEY DECIDED TO APPLY IT ALL TO THE INTEREST..SO NOW I HAVE PAYED MY CAR OFF BUT NOW ITS MY TURN TO PRESS THE ISSUE AND GET MY MONEY THEY OWE ME

You do not have the minimum amount of payments on file to be considered for an extension. This is not bad customer service. This is a matter of you having a little more paying history on your account. Once you meet the criteria, you are more than welcomed to resubmit your request.
