Office itself is very welcoming and nicely decorated. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to close on our house early, so we called at 4 pm on a Friday and were told if we could get there by 4:30 we could sign. So that is what we did, and the signing was quick and easy and we were out of there before they closed at 5 pm.

I recently used Prairie Land Title Company to close on my new home purchase. Everyone including the escrow officer Dennis were exceptional. They took care of all of the details in a timely manner and had me in and out in 35 minutes on closing day. I highly recommend their professional services.

But, what is extraordinary is the fact that Sara Sarsany and her team were able to contact a separate title company in Colorado (where we live) and securely coordinate the document signing for us. We were able to sign with no stress and they completed our closing on time and seemingly with ease. We really appreciate the hard work and skill that Sara and her team expressed while helping with our purchase.

Leigh Ann and her team go above and beyond when it comes to their work! No big corporation or numbers-game, you’re a person to them. On a side-note, they also provide services like ernest money pick up, after hours closings (after 5PM and on weekends at no additional cost), and a plethora of other things that help the process go smoothly.
