I had the pleasure of working with Ponte Vedra Title and specifically Ruth McDonald as our closer in a commercial investment sale transaction in which I represented the buyer. Ruth was fantastic, not once did I have to reach out to her as she was always one step of ahead of what needed to be done. She communicated with all parties efficiently and proactively, well in advance of deadlines to accomplish a smooth closing. If I worked in their market more, I would definitely recommend PVT & Ruth to my clients!
